A Brooklyn woman found a stylish solution for people who always wanted a tattoo without the lifelong commitment.
Tina Roth Eisenberg founded Tattly, a Dumbo-based startup that creates temporary tattoos designed by professional artists.
The mother of two says she thought of the idea a few years ago when her daughter came home from another birthday party with really hideous temporary tattoos in the goody bag.
She launched the company in 2011 to allow people to wear art on their body by artists that they really admire.
Eisenberg says now more than 1,000 stores carry their temporary tattoos worldwide.
A set of two tattoos cost $5. She says artists who design the tattoos get a cut of every sale.
