A Brooklyn teacher is out on bail after being arraigned Wednesday for allegedly abusing three of his young students.Dolph Timmerman, 51, is now on administrative duty pending the outcome of a Department of Education investigation at P.S. 123 in Bushwick. He faces sex abuse and child endangerment charges. Police say school officials called them after three of Timmerman?s fifth-grade students told their guidance counselors about the alleged abuse. According to police, two 10-year-old girls were fondled in the hallway, while another girl was fondled in Timmerman?s classroom Monday. Timmerman turned himself into authorities on Tuesday. Officials from the DOE say Timmerman has only been employed at the school since the beginning of this school year.
