Clutch Towing, a tow company located in East Flatbush, is coming under fire after multiple customers complained to News 12.

“The fees are overcharged and overpriced. They don’t have no sign up there that say no card. They tell you no card," said Chase, a Bronx resident whose car was towed.

Customers say the company overcharges, doesn't provide a receipt and refuses to accept credit cards.

These are all things that the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection says are unlawful.

News 12 spoke with workers at Clutch who say they haven't done anything illegal.
