Brooklyn leaders, organizations and community members gathered at the Brooklyn Public Library Wednesday to bring resources and support to those infected by HIV in the borough.
Representatives from Amida Care, the National Black Leadership Commission on AIDS, Bridging Access to Care and the borough president's office were united for the cause as World AIDS Day approaches on Saturday.
The event featured art therapy, free condoms and a litany of resources for those affected by the disease.
