Churches in New York City are back in familiar territory today after a judge ruled against a city ban on services in public schools.
Congregations have headed back to city schools after an injunction was issued Friday against the city's no-worship policy.
The judge ruled that people losing a right to exercise their religious beliefs is a greater threat to democracy that a perceived violation of the separation of church and state.
Church-goers who worship in public schools say they're ecstatic about the judge's decision.
