Brooklyn's annual bookstore crawl has returned for another year.
The event allows residents a chance to visit 25 different bookstores scattered across the borough, where you can win prizes and even land exclusive offers.
Brooklyn has been participating in the experience for nine years, while the trend has become popular in several different cities across the country. All residents need is a bookstore crawl passport that you can get at any of the participating bookstores.
“It's Christmas in April families coming in with kids groups of people after brunch people trying to come to as many bookstores as they can,” said Greenlight Bookstore owner Jessica Stockton-Bagnulo.
The crawl is leading up to Independent Book Store Day occurring this Saturday.
