Brownsville handyman arraigned on murder charges in slayings of 3 elderly women

The Brownsville handyman accused of killing three elderly women in a city housing complex building was officially arraigned on charges of first- and second-degree murder.

The Brownsville handyman accused of killing three elderly women in a city housing complex building was officially arraigned on charges of first- and second-degree murder.
Prosecutors say Kevin Gavin killed the women at the Carter G. Woodson Senior Houses between 2015 and as recently as January.
Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez released a statement that reads in part, "We will do everything we can to seek justice for the victims and the many family members and friends who were left without their loved ones."
