A number of Bushwick community leaders protested Tuesday over what they say are incidents of police brutality by officer at the 83rd precinct.The activists claim police assaulted four young men on August 2. In a separate incident, community leaders say police illegally arrested a 15-year-old girl on Stanhope Street. The activists claim the teen was fondled and that the abuse continued at the precinct, where up to nine officers touched her inappropriately.Police spokespeople refused to comment on the allegations until after a scheduled press conference.
