A group of day care workers in the Bronx say they're fed up after working for years without a new contract.
The workers rallied Wednesday to protest not receiving a raise or contract from the city in two years. They have been trying to negotiate, but a union organizer says the city is refusing to give them a new contract without first downsizing their health benefits.
The protestors say New York City has the largest public day care and head start systems in the nation, and they plan to continue fighting for what they believe is a fair contract.
