Teachers at a Mott Haven film school are instructing the next generation of local filmmakers, giving students a hands-on look at cinematography. The Ghetto Film School, located at 79 Alexander Ave., offers a free fellowship program lasting 15 months. Administrators say it helps participants boost their resumes, while also providing them with valuable communication skills. This year's application deadline for the program is Feb. 27.
