A former Bronx soldier is facing charges today for allegedly stealing lethal weapons from the U.S. military and then taking them to his Bronx apartment.
Police first found the weapons, including grenades, improvised explosive devices, firearms, ammunition and other items that belonged to the military back in December.
24-year-old Anthony Cibelli was arrested and admitted to bringing the grenades back from Iraq.
He is now charged with stealing government property.
