Local tenants say they've been waiting months for a gaping hole in their lobby ceiling to be fixed.Exposed pipes, wires and moldy plaster loom over tenants as they walk into their Tinton Avenue building. Residents say the ceiling fell apart three months ago after a water leak and that nothing has been done to fix the problem, even after they repeatedly called the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA).One tenant, who's pregnant, says she's nervous about bringing her newborn baby home.NYCHA says it is looking into the problem.
