Fans of all things hot and spicy were flocking to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden this weekend for the 27th annual Chile Pepper Festival.

It features more than three dozen food artisans and vendors with products made using peppers, including hot sauces, honey, sorbet and chocolates.

Organizers say the flavors of hundreds of peppers from around the world can be found at the festival.

The event is held in partnership with the Red Hook Initiative and Haiti Cultural Exchange.

Coming up next month at the Botanic Garden is the Harvest Homecoming Festival in October.
