Local car clubs worked together Tuesday to help seniors get out and vote.
A free door-to-door service was offered by the car clubs Cadillac Cruisers, Escalade Kings and NY Most Wanted, who picked up and dropped off those who needed help getting to the polls.
Eighty-seven-year-old Ivy Pinnock was happy to take advantage of the service.
?This was great whoever thought of this idea,? said Pinnock. ?[I] thought I would have to pay someone to bring me over there.?
