Car erupts in flames following Meadowbrook Parkway overpass strike
Part of the Meadowbrook Parkway was closed off for about a half hour after a car caught fire Sunday afternoon.

It happened just before 1 p.m. near Exit M7.
State police say the vehicle hit the Washington Avenue overpass and went up in flames.
There is no word on if anyone was hurt.
