Catcalling on Fourth Avenue seemingly happens every day despite teenage twins allegedly stabbed for refuting a man's advancement.
Christina wears baggy clothes when she walks her dog to avoid being shouted at. It still happens.
She remained anonymous while speaking to News 12 for fear public attention would lead to more harassment. She took to social media about the issue, and hundreds of women said they'd had the same problem.

Reporter: "Do you shout, 'Hey beautiful?'"
"Of course. If you see a beautiful lady, you give them a compliment."
Reporter: "Do you ever ask for phone numbers?"
"No."
Reporter: "Sometimes?"
"Sometimes. Five times out of 10. You say, 'How you doing?' If they say, 'I'm good,' that means maybe there's something there."
Police don't publicly report harassment complaints. News 12 reached out to the NYPD to see if Fourth Avenue is on their radar, but they didn't answer.
