Officials: Second person dies following Norwood fire

The fire happened at 374 E. 209th Street Wednesday afternoon. One person was initially killed when an explosion and five-alarm fire tore through the apartment building. A total of 14 people were injured, including several firefighters.

Dominican Day Parade to see heightened NYPD security after Bronx gun arrests
