New surveillance video shows the moments when gunfire erupted inside a smoke shop in East New York, sending one man to the hospital and others running for cover.

A man dressed in all black, wearing a blue surgical face mask is seen entering 2568 Linden Blvd. at 7:22 p.m. Tuesday and opening fire just 20 seconds later, striking a man and sending another man leaping from his chair in search of cover.

The gunman appears to first start a conversation with the two men: the victim, wearing black, and a second man in a hot pink track suit.

A short time later, the man turns around, pulls out a gun and shoots, striking the 25-year-old in the leg.

Authorities say EMS took the 25-year-old to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center. He is expected to recover.

The gunman remains on the loose as of Wednesday evening.
