Police released surveillance video of a shooting that left an off-duty NYPD employee injured in University Heights.

The NYPD says the video shows people having an argument Friday night on Andrews Avenue when two men start shooting. One of the bullets struck the off-duty female NYPD worker in the leg.

News 12 was told the shooters ran away in opposite directions.

Police say they don’t believe the victim was the intended target and she is expected to recover.

Anyone who can help identify the suspects is asked to call the NYPD.
