2ds agoAn accused rapist who is already behind bars in Delaware County is facing new abuse charges.
Police in Orange County have filed new sexual abuse charges against John Olson, of Warwick.
Olson, 59, is now accused of abusing multiple individuals in both counties.
Joan Parks, a clinical social worker, was also arrested for allegedly failing to report the abuse when she was made aware.
