Here’s what you need to know:
  • After a frigid and messy weekend, fog and occasional rain showers takes us through the early afternoon. It turns colder and gusty by the midweek as we welcome 2026.
  • It's chilly, foggy with off and on showers later this morning. Temperatures are in the upper 30s to low 40s with breezy conditions.
  • Fog clears during the midday. Showers end around 1p.m. with highs in the upper 40s. Temperatures fall throughout the day with winds picking up. Gusts can reach up to 35 MPH during the evening hours.
  • Sky conditions will improve tomorrow, but a colder air mass sinks in with highs in the low 30s. Winds become problematic on Tuesday with gusts up to 45 MPH. Tie down any loose outdoor objects, temporarily bring in trash bins and decorations. Biting winds will also bring wind chills in the teens.
  • New Year's Eve will be dry but still very cold and blustery. The winds won't be as harsh but wind chills will be in the 20s by the ball drop.
  • A storm system will move through the area Wednesday into Thursday. There's a chance of a few flurries as we welcome the new year Thursday morning and afternoon. Temperatures will be frigid in the upper 20s to low 30s on Thursday and Friday. Stay tuned for updates.
