Residents of City Island say they’ve been complaining about flooding along Pelham Bay Park for almost two years.   
They tell News 12 they have contacted the Department of Transportation, the mayor’s office and the Parks and Recreation Department about fixing the flooding.
Residents say the flooding blocks busy roadways, which leads to often swerving into other lanes. 
News 12 reached out to DOT, and it responded saying this is an issue to be handled by the Parks and Recreation Department.
