City unveils new 25 mph signs

New 25 mph speed limit signs are going up around the five boroughs.  The citywide speed limit goes into effect on Friday, dropping down from 30 mph.  Mayor Bill de Blasio signed the lowered limit

New 25 mph speed limit signs are going up around the five boroughs. 
The citywide speed limit goes into effect on Friday, dropping down from 30 mph. 
Mayor Bill de Blasio signed the lowered limit into law last month. 
It's all part of his Vision Zero initiative to eliminate all traffic-related fatalities.
