'Click It or Ticket' campaign underway in Connecticut

Connecticut's annual Click it or Ticket campaign is once again underway this week.
The campaign began last week, on Thursday, amid Thanksgiving travel and will run until Thursday this week.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation says it has teamed up with state and local law enforcement again this year to save lives.
Connecticut state law requires all drivers and passengers in the front seat to wear their seatbelts regardless of their age.
And children under 16 seated in any position must always wear their seatbelt.
As part of the campaign, extra officers across the state will be on the roads giving out fines to those in violation.
Fines start at $92 for a first offense.
The campaign runs through Thursday.
