Just a few months after setting up her campaign headquarters in Brooklyn, Hillary Clinton held a massive campaign rally Saturday on Roosevelt Island.
The former first lady and secretary of state gave the first major speech in her 2016 presidential campaign in front of hundreds of cheering supporters.
Her husband, former President Bill Clinton, and her daughter Chelsea were also in attendance.
In her speech, Clinton discussed the importance of bringing children out of poverty, nurturing small businesses and getting people back to work.
Clinton is one of four Democrats who have officially announced a 2016 presidential run.
