A Clinton Hill hotel, which allegedly operated as a front for prostitution, is closed for business after a police raid.
Officers raided the Prince Lefferts Hotel Friday, made several arrests and padlocked the property. Undercover police officers say prostitutes propositioned them during the course of an ongoing investigation. Residents say they are relieved the hotel is closed and claim it has been the source of many disruptions. Homeowners plan to show up at the July 27 court date to make sure the hotel stays closed.
The Prince Hotel Group, which manages Prince Lefferts and several other Brooklyn hotels, declined News 12 Brooklyn?s requests for comment.
