A clothesline to raise awareness for victims of crime is now hanging up at the Ground Concourse in The Bronx.
The display features T-shirts that have all been designed by someone who survived the personal trauma of a crime. Several groups were on hand for the unveiling, including Effective Alternative in Reconciliation Services, which trains young people to recognize the signs of violence and abuse.
The clothesline is part of a weeklong campaign observing National Crime Victims' Rights Week.
