(11/02/12) BROOKLYN - Transportation is still a big problem today for commuters.
For a second day, limited train service is forcing straphangers to line up outside the Barclays Center to catch shuttle buses into midtown.
Officials say they're moving 3,600 people per hour.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg says he's optimistic that power will be restored to lower Manhattan tonight, which has been the biggest hindrance in connecting Brooklyn residents to Manhattan. Sandy leaves commuters scrambling for transport
