A Concourse Village woman says her apartment has become unlivable after management left gaping holes in her bathroom walls.
She says the holes were created during mold removal, but have been left open for weeks, allowing rodents to invade her home.
She’s calling on Wavecrest Management to make permanent repairs, saying she pays her rent and deserves safe living conditions.
News 12 reached out to Wavecrest Management, their statement is below:
“Wavecrest Management is committed to providing safe and healthy homes for all residents, and we take issues of mold very seriously. Once alerted of the mold issue, on-site staff promptly coordinated with our third-party mold specialist, and on August 9, the licensed contractor completed the mold assessment and remediation work successfully in compliance with HPD. Remaining repairs are scheduled for Monday, August 25, and we expect the issue to be fully resolved then.”
