Residents visited the Coney Island Boardwalk with their furry friends for a Halloween dog parade and costume contest Sunday.
Dogs dressed in costumes, ranging from Superman to the Wizard of Oz, paraded around Luna Park.
Awards and prizes were given out to the best of show, most original, cutest, scariest and funniest costumes.
Participants News 12 spoke with say dressing up their pets was a great way to spend a fall Sunday.
