An autism awareness event was held at the Connie Lekas School in Sheepshead Bay Saturday.
The school serves students from 12 years old to 21 years old with special needs. The event featured food, games, arts and crafts and more to spread the word about autism.
The school also held a silent disco as part of the event for the first time.
