An 8-year-old boy is recovering in the hospital after police say he was shot while standing in front of a Soundview bodega last night.
According to cops, the young victim was with his mother on Randall Avenue when someone rode by on a bicycle and fired one shot, striking the boy in the arm. It's unclear if he was the intended target.
At least two people were questioned about the incident, but police say no arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
