Police say a Papa John's delivery man had more than pizza on his mind during a stop at a Brooklyn Heights building.
According to authorities, the delivery man - who has since been fired - was caught on surveillance video defacing an elevator at 59 Livingston St. with graffiti. The building's owner, Michael Cantor, says he wants $3,200 to have the delivery man's DIZZY CFM "tag" removed from the elevator's walls.
The owner of the Papa John's franchise at 292 Livingston St. says he apologized to Cantor, but thinks paying $3,200 is too steep. Cantor says he plans to sue for the money.
