A couple is accused of robbing at least eight Brooklyn businesses at gunpoint, according to police.
The latest incident took place Wednesday in East New York. The first incident took place on July 17.
Police say in each case, the couple entered the store, displayed a gun and demanded cash. The couple appears to be targeting convenient stores, smaller grocery store and restaurants. They are accused of stealing more than $3,000 from various stores in the Brooklyn area.
Police believe the man is between 20 and 30 years old, approximately 5 foot 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. They say the woman is believed to be around the same age, about 5 foot 6 inches and weighing around 135 pounds.
