Crown Heights residents rush to the supermarket for last-minute Thanksgiving food items
Crown Heights residents rushed to the supermarket Wednesday night for some last-minute shopping ahead of Thanksgiving Day.
People went in and out all night at the Food Bazaar Supermarket to grab what they needed for their Thanksgiving feast. A lot of people lined up outside of the store and waited to get in for those last-minute ingredients.
Some customers told News 12 that although they did not expect the lines, they were able to get what they were looking for.
Supermarkets like Food Bazaar will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to accommodate customers who find themselves looking for items during the holiday.
