Dozens packed into Long Island University's Brooklyn campus for the 5th annual Stars of New York Dance Off.
Each dance star is trained by a professional dance artist.
The dancing duos battle it out in hopes of winning $5,000 in dance scholarships for children in low-income communities.
Since the competition started back in 2010, it has provided 36 city children with free or subsidized dance education.
