Bronx residents hoping to vote in New York?s Feb. 5 presidential primaries have through Friday to register if they haven?t done so already.
Organizations like South Bronx Concerned Citizens have been holding voter registration drives to help first-time voters navigate the process. They?ve seen 20 people come in so far, but expect larger crowds Thursday and Friday.
To vote in the New York state primaries, you must be at least 18 years old by primary day, a U.S. citizen and a New York City resident for the last 30 days.
