Demolition is complete at an abandoned home that partially collapsed in Bay Ridge early Monday morning.
The three-story building at 552 Ovington Ave. had a number of open violations from the Department of Buildings for unsafe conditions that date back to 2005.
The FDNY evacuated tenants living in adjacent buildings following the collapse. Officials say those residents have not yet been able to return home and have to wait until inspectors determine that those structures are safe.
The Red Cross is offering accommodations to those who need it.
