Disney on Ice makes its big return to NYC this weekend.

News 12 got a behind the scenes look at the impressive aerial acrobatics, sing along dance numbers and the colorful outfits.

“This outfit, this is in our opening number, and it’s kind of prom themed in the 80’s it’s really fun high energy," said Andrew Austin, a skater in the show.

Audience members will be transported to the Frozen world of Arendelle with Anna and Elsa and fan favorite Olaf.

“We're all basically having a huge party and celebrating Elsa and Anna for opening the gates," said Austin.

And making its New York City debut, is Encanto. For the first time ever Brooklynites will get to sing along to fan favorite numbers like "We don't talk about Bruno," and meet members of the Madrigal Family.
