The former Domino Sugar Factory is back open to the public as an office building, renamed The Refinery at Domino. 

The building is all-electric while the outside has been preserved. The factory has been a landmark since 2007.  

The enclosed rooftop held a grand opening party on Wednesday night. The office spaces are now available for leasing and offer views overlooking the East River and Manhattan skyline.
