The Department of Transportation has launched a new platform through which New Yorkers can report double-parking and blocked bike and bus lanes.

The platform lets users place a pin on a map to identify problem areas and add comments.

The DOT says double-parking and blocked bike and bus lanes create safety hazards for all road users and contribute to traffic congestion.
