News 12 obtained video of the moment a tree came crashing down on Suydam Street in Bushwick.

The tree appeared to have fallen on a car in the rain and lightning.

The car owner tells News 12 he was not inside the car when it happened.

A portion of Suydam Street is closed, and the downed tree and power lines are closed off by police tape.

Just blocks away, a tree also fell on top of cars on Irving Street in front of Ollie's Ice cream.

Video obtained by News 12 shows the tree come crashing down and people screaming.

It's unclear if anyone was injured.

The section of Irving was closed down as of 8:15 p.m.
