Heavy rains and flash flooding had Brooklyn residents running for cover Thursday.
Residents say the sound of rain has become much too familiar the past few weeks. According to News 12 Meteorologist Nick Favetta, the borough has received measurable rain in all but three days during June.
"It's fine weather, if you're a duck," says Charlie Martinez, of Sheepshead Bay.
