Driver who dragged Brownsville grandma to her death is arrested

Police have arrested the driver in a hit-and-run that ended with a grandmother being dragged to her death in Brownsville. Witnesses say a Chevy TrailBlazer hit Damiana Zuniga blocks away from her home
