Some drivers in Soundview are crying foul after they say orange slips were handed out without any warning.
According to car owners, more than 40 vehicles parked along Soundview Avenue Wednesday morning were ticketed even though there are no signs indicating that a new parking rule is in effect.
Motorists say they think it may be for parking at an angle, which they've been doing for years to increase the number of spots.
Community Board 9 says it's working with the Department of Transportation (DOT) to address the issue.
