Lawyers claim former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn has diplomatic immunity in the civil case over his alleged sexual assault of a Bronx woman. Nafissatou Diallo, 33, says she was working as a maid in a Manhattan hotel last year when Strauss-Kahn attacked her. All criminal charges against Strauss-Kahn were tossed after prosecutors questioned Diallo's credibility. The judge has not decided if the civil case will move forward.
