Dyker Heights Tree Lighting brings crowds full of holiday spirit

Brooklyn residents and people from all over got into the holiday spirit last night at the Dyker Heights Tree Lighting in Dyker Park.

Santa Claus made an appearance at the special event, along with carolers, cookies, and hot chocolate.

The event was put on by Councilmember Justin Brannan, Sen. Andrew Gounardes and the Dyker Heights Civic Association.
