A Brooklyn woman says that her landlord's neglect has led to mental and physical health issues.

Raven Blount and her family of seven say they are dealing with a large hole in the floor, a front door that doesn't lock, and a major rodent issue.

The building at 209 Atkins Ave. currently has 68 violations from the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, spread out across multiple apartments.

Blount helped News 12 get in contact with who she says is the landlord. The person said they are affiliated with the building but did not specify if he worked with the building's owner, Atkins USA LLC. He said that issues were being addressed but did not provide additional details.
