A week after a fire tore through Our Lady of the Rosary of Pompeii Church in East Williamsburg on Easter Sunday, community members reunited at All Saints Roman Catholic Church for a Mass.
The five-alarm fire injured six people and engulfed the parish center and rectory connected to the church.
"In my experience, every time there is a fire, something bigger and greater comes from it," said Father Vincenzo Cardilicchia.
It’s yet known when the church is set to reopen.
