Ebbets Field Middle School students get Wellness Room
The space, which was introduced to the students and staff for the first time, was an idea of the school's leadership, Principal Shery Atkinson and Dr. O'Connor, as a way for students to destress during the school day and provide a more calming environment.

Ebbets Field Middle School now has a new wellness room for its students.
The space, which was introduced to the students and staff for the first time, was an idea of the school's leadership, Principal Shery Atkinson and Dr. O'Connor, as a way for students to destress during the school day and provide a more calming environment.
The school collaborated with interior designer, Eve Jean to create the zen space, which includes beanbag chairs, fidget games, noise cancelling systems, new window treatments and plants.
